We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders. Personalized jewelry takes about 10 business days of production time and shipping normally takes 5-10 business days to deliver.
ORDER STATUS & TRACKING
After the production process is finished and the order has been dispatched, we will promptly send you a shipping confirmation email containing both the tracking number and a link to track your shipment.
TAXES, DUTIES & TARIFFS
All the prices are inclusive of taxes.
MODE OF PAYMENTS
We accept payments via Apple Pay, Google Pay, Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Master, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, JCB), and PayPal. All the payments are encrypted and secured with Stripe. We do not accept cash on delivery and do not accept payments via checks or inter-bank transfers.
